Install 2 hand towel rails into porcelain wall tiles (pictured), to match one existing rail. Have been advised it’ll take a diamond drill bit. Looking for someone neat, tidy and careful.

Not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but had good experience. Essentially 3 of our doors are just slightly out of line and need correcting. They have magnetic latches and aren’t catching correctly and one scrapes along the carpet.

Repair a pinhole leak in some old copper pipe. (or replace the section if that's faster/easier/cheaper) Located along an exterior wall. Undercover and well-lit in case somebody wants to do it after hours. I've removed the decking boards around it to give you decent access. I think the mains pressure is ok and it's probably just old pipe, but happy to take your advice on installing a pressure reducing valve if you reckon it's a case of pressure causing pitting.

A few pieces on the base And the left hand side Fill gaps and repoint any missing mortar in the affected areas Ensure stones are securely affixed and surface is flush and safe. If you have material then great. Otherwise I can source the slate. Bring mortar, grout and adhesive.

I’m needing three Ceiling Fans installed. One in the bedroom, one in the lounge and one in the kitchen. The bedroom already has a light installed in the middle of the bedroom. The lounge has 4 lights in a square shape with a fire sprinkler in the middle (not sure how that will affect it), and the kitchen has a light installed the middle where the fan can go. Current Situation: The existing wall is external and constructed of timber framing and blueboard cement sheeting. There is a rotted timber window frame measuring approximately 1200 mm (W) x 900 mm (H). This window needs to be removed and replaced with new wall framing and blueboard to match the rest of the exterior. Scope Includes: Removal: Remove the existing rotted timber window and frame entirely. Remove and dispose of all waste responsibly. Framing: Supply and install new treated timber framing to fill the window opening. Structural timber to be painted with waterproof membrane (e.g., Bitumen or similar) before joining to existing wall frame.
