I would like a professional handyman to sand/repaint a few defects I have on ceiling (I have recently put downlights and there is some damage on areas where the pendant lights were) and a couple of scratches on the wall. I already have the required top paint just need handyman and sander/gapfiller

The blind cord needs replacing and the blinds are damaged.

Job for a handyman or a furniture repairer. I just purchased a metal base tulip table that is unstable as the bottom isn't secured to the stem and so the tabletop spins around like a lazy Susan. I'd like to get a quote for a quick easy fix that will last a while. Please see photos below for details. I tried to fix the issue with plumbing tape but the idea hasn't worked :) the metal stem has two small holes that go nowhere but that may be a good starting point.
