Door and eaves have moved with building and door won’t shut and eaves hangs down as per photo.

Job for a handyman or a furniture repairer. I just purchased a metal base tulip table that is unstable as the bottom isn't secured to the stem and so the tabletop spins around like a lazy Susan. I'd like to get a quote for a quick easy fix that will last a while. Please see photos below for details. I tried to fix the issue with plumbing tape but the idea hasn't worked :) the metal stem has two small holes that go nowhere but that may be a good starting point.
