Find an experienced handyman in Hampton East

I’m looking to get some advice about the lock on our front pedestrian gate. At the moment we have a video intercom/doorbell system. When someone rings the doorbell, I can see and speak to them on the monitor inside the house and press a button on the monitor to unlock the gate. The gate currently has a handle/lock and an ASSA electric strike. I’d like to replace the existing handle/lock because it’s quite old, and I’m also interested in having some form of keypad access so we don’t always need a key. However, I want to keep the existing video intercom and the ability to unlock the gate from the indoor monitor. I’m not sure what the best way to do this is with the existing setup, so I’d like someone to have a look and advise me on what options are available and what would be involved.

Had dryer installed onto the wall a few months ago and recently one of the screws is coming loose from the wall and dryer is slightly tilting to one side. Worried about safety - haven't used the dryer since. Need someone to reinstall the dryer to the wall - maybe adding a wooden beam behind it for security - for safety please.

When rolling down the blind it comes unstuck and falls further.. need to remove and reapply adhesive

Hi I need someone with a drill and screws to install a 40cm knife block to my kitchen drywall.

We have 3x wall-mounted letter boxes & 1x car park bollard we need installed. The letterboxes will be mounted onto a precast concrete wall & the car park bollard is being mounted onto a typical car park hardstand pavement. Simple job for a handy person with the right tools, all fixings will be provided. Photos of the items & the fixings have been included in for reference. Let me know if you have any other questions.
