When rolling down the blind it comes unstuck and falls further.. need to remove and reapply adhesive

Had dryer installed onto the wall a few months ago and recently one of the screws is coming loose from the wall and dryer is slightly tilting to one side. Worried about safety - haven't used the dryer since. Need someone to fix it to the wall securely and check the safety of it so that use can be continued in these cold winter months. Thank youuu.

The letterboxes will be mounted onto a precast concrete wall & the car park bollard is being mounted onto a typical car park hardstand pavement.
