Need some help fixing my blinds for the living room area of my apartment. They are tall floor to ceiling blinds for the doors that open out to the balcony.

I have a semi in Crows Nest and need someone to review the wood on the facades as I think most, if not all, needs to be replaced. I have a large piece of wood that has come off the gable at the top of the roof, so this is rather urgent as I am not sure if the roof is exposed.
