Hi. I'm looking for a person who can install damask pattered wallpaper for small commercial spaces. The wall isn’t perfectly flat, but the owner has already filled, lightly sanded, and primed the surface. The wall is approximately 6 m high, and the wallpaper will be installed on one main wall where two doors exist, plus a narrow feature wall that’s about 1 m wide (from memory). They’re also planning to add a piece of timber between the wallpapered area and the painted section, where a fireplace mantle will be installed. I’ve attached an example of the look they’re going for with the wallpaper, timber trim, and mantle. If this is something you’d be able to take on, could you please let me know a rough cost estimate and the timeframe for the job. The location is Clayfield.

I’m looking for a quality carpenter need to build a front gate on the arbour, in similar style to the fence (palings will be butted together, with top plate), and mount a eufy security lock + door handle. May require packing out around the electrical conduit. Gate needs to be braced to prevent sagging. I will do all patching and painting. Also need to line the internal arbour roof with cement sheet, and cement sheet on the external fascia board (notched around the roof joists and extending up to the tin sheets). Decorative timber trims (42x42) around to cover the cut marks. Gate will be approx 1800 x 1400, arbour roof is approx 1400 x 1700, fascia is approx 350 x 1700 All materials will be supplied, just need a take off list beforehand.
