Gutter is leaking at the joint , very slow drip. But it is damaging the wood underneath so I want it fixed. also the corner wood under gutter need fixing . So the leak is in the corner also. Leak in two places. wook need fixing in corner one place. I will post photos today evening

The current roof lining is sagging and needs to be replaced. Since it is hard to get a like for like material, I would like to change to Alcantara. The pillar covers also needs to be replaced to match.

Pls install the Marquee 3 m x 5 m rectangular permanent Shade sail that is available in Bunnings. This is to protect my car from the sun while parked as there is no garage or covered parking. I have already bought that sail, other supplies that are required you will have to buy from Bunnings and bring, I don’t know what else will be required at my home for installation. See the product’s pic. The 2 options for the installation site, pics are attached to this post, these are the 2 sides outside the main door of the house where the car can be parked. This shade sail is to provide a covered parking space.
