I have a gym workout power rack frame and a gym bench that needs to be flat packed. Similar to below but the frame is in isolation no weight pulley thing

I have a lined concreted shed (about 8*3 m) that needs a few basic repairs inside to some plaster damage, the interior repainted, gym matting installed on the floor, and flat packed cupboards assembled and installed. Something done to hide those hideous cables and general tidy up outside. Suit jack of all trades who would work for an hourly rate. I can supply all materials.
