Minor roof repairs needed (must supply own ladder to get access). - removal of existing tarp on roof (currently partially screwed on). - replacement of broken short downpipe section shown in photo. - sealing required at metal sheet junction (sealing composite needed in one spot where 3 sheets join). - general cleaning of gutters if required.

Two tasks: 1. Gyprock wall above a stairwell has 20 cm vertical slit where a picture fell through it - requires repair and repainting. Access is problematic due to the stairs. 2. Laundry and toilet require gyprock to be fixed prior to tiling.
