Hi there, I am after a clean, tidy experienced or qualified handyman to do some odd jobs around the home: 1.Installing 3x wireless Eufy cameras outside. 2.Install up near roof a small wireless solar floodlight. 3.Taking a set of sliding door blinds down in lounge and replacing it with an extendable rod to hang blockout drapes. 4.Installing a small retractable clothesline. 5.Putting up a small bracket on the side of a cupboard for my Dyson vacuum. 6.Mixing & pouring a bit of cement in front section of driveway. I have cement and a wheelbarrow. And 1 other small job,that needs mounting on a wall. You would definitely need a drill & some screws for some of these jobs. I also have an extendable ladder too. Fan is not working, it was fine until we turned it to winter mode and it just wouldn't rotate. We then turned it back to summer but same thing.

Hi, we need some skimming, external and internal corners attached and skimmed. Patch repairs in ceiling and potentially helping install new ceiling sheets. Cornice to be installed at a later date. Prefer hourly rate and happy to pay cash.

We have removed our old fireplace and have a NEW fireplace and flue kit we need installed into the existing spot.

Note: Will edit price based on task time during the carrying out of task: Require someone who is handy (can change a light bulb and spray some wd40 or similar on a sliding door) but also someone who can do a quick shopping task of buying a couple of items from Kmart and bulbs from Bunnings and then taking them to the house. Once at the house, replace a couple of light bulbs and have a look at the sliding door that won’t slide properly.
