replace a couple of LED downlights (downlights provided). 1 already removed by tenant, another one needs to be removed and two new ones put in. No wiring needed just plug in and fit two cupboards in kitchen loose, (screws or hinges) Will need to arrange an agreed time with the tenants for person assigned to do the task to attend and fix above. Will need ladder as fairly high ceilings for down lights want someone who has good references and good experience with handyman repairs

Moving out and need a few minor repairs done as follows: 1. Replace 3 hinges in kitchen cupboards (will need to purchase hinges) 2. Repair bedroom door hinge (hinge is fine, but the screw has pulled out of the wall and just needs to be properly plugged/screwed back in) 3.
