The building is a steel-framed structure with a flat skillion roof. The concrete slab is poured and the exterior shell is up. We need a professional finish, fully flushed and sanded, ready for paint. Scope of Work: Internal Framing: Supply and install internal stud walls (timber or steel) to partition off the bedroom and bathroom from the main living space. Insulation: Install insulation batts into the external walls, internal partition walls, and ceiling. Note: This is a raked ceiling with no roof cavity, so ceiling insulation goes directly between the roof purlins. Gyprock / Plasterboard: Hang plasterboard to all walls and the ceiling. Must use proper wet-area lining (like Aquachek or Villaboard) in the bathroom/shower zone. Finishing: Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a professional, paint-ready standard. One side of the bathroom ceiling/cornice area is coming loose and partially falling down. The side near the blinds/windows is fine, but the opposite side needs repair. Today, Tomorrow, Friday. I also need 3 small spots/holes on the ceiling repaired and patched.
