I need a quote for re panelling of a room. The room will be stripped of all the old plaster ceiling and walls. The room is a jarrah timber frame and has the following dimensions of 302cm deep, 270cm high and 490 cm long. After taking out the back exit and front door and window I estimate the is around 50 sqr metres . I need the ceil installed and 4 walls. Not sure if it is best for me to provide material or not. Not sure what the final price will but presume there is about $1K in material plus labour

Main section is 2500(h) x 1600 (w) Under window 300(h) x 1800 (w) Needs new edging at window to tie into new sheets. External: Remove wood look Hardie plank and replace cracked fibre cement sheets behind. Dimensions similar to gyprock, may vary depending on joints in the sheets.
