Main section is 2500(h) x 1600 (w) Under window 300(h) x 1800 (w) Needs new edging at window to tie into new sheets. External: Remove wood look Hardie plank and replace cracked fibre cement sheets behind. Dimensions similar to gyprock, may vary depending on joints in the sheets. Install new insulation to cavity and weatherproof membrane before reinstalling boards (need 2 new lengths for bottom that got damaged). Light metal frame structure Can discuss supply of materials

We have had 3 wall unit air con installed, these new air cons are smaller than the old one, this has left a bit of a gap with the gyprock that is unpainted and has a bit of bubbling up that needs to be sanded.
