I have recently replaced small section of the gutter so new down pipe need to be connected. Also, on the ground the pipe need to run from back of the house to front of the house to comnect the down pipe.

I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

Reattach down pipe , repair - attach facia panel. Ladder in position it’s 6 metres high

Small gutter redirection job: we have a second floor gutter downspout that needs to be sealed off with drainage redirected to the other downspouts. Currently, during heavy rainfall, the pipes overflow and the water pours inside the house through the air-conditioning unit

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.

Small home maintenance jobs include gutter clean, seal leaks on shed-like room, paint fascias, oil timber stairs. Probably could do in a day or two.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

EDITED TO ADD - IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY 25 or TUESDAY 26 AUGUST - Please comment and offer. We need the gutter areas in the picture (only front of the house) and down pipe prepped, primed and painted. The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.
