Looking for an experienced handyman or roof plumber to repair and reattach gutters in two locations on a double-storey house, and patch up/paint damaged concrete on the front facade (see photos). Needs to be completed to a high standard, weatherproof, and safe. Tasks include: Reattach/repair two sections of loose or damaged gutters (one above bay window, one on side return) Clear out debris from gutters while on-site Patch and repair minor damaged concrete on the edge of the facade/eaves (visible cracks/missing sections) Ensure all repairs are sealed, weatherproof, and tidy Supply your own tools and basic materials (will reimburse for extra materials if required)

Got a tree stretching over the gutter and leaving lots of small leaves. Need a trim on the branches on the tree, especially over the gutter area. Also need to clear out the gutter for piled leaves and put down mesh. Mesh provided. Images are just taken and uploaded. Tks for showing the interest. There seems to be a leakage around the gutter of my house which lets rain water go behind the gutter. I can see the water marks on the ceiling of ground floor, also behind brick veneer wall. I have also got a plumber and done pressure test, the leakage is not caused by a water pipe.

Gutters need cleaning out. Skylight had a small leak - sealing required. Roof may have leaks - need a professional opinion to ascertain the source of staining in a bedroom ceiling

The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. Re-attach building trim coming loose from below gutter. Note brick building, two storeys high, so extended ladder required.

Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have other roofing work coming up but need this fixed ASAP while we're planning the other works. I'll add pics ASAP.
