Fix damaged gutter and install 3 down pipes

Need 8m of sagging guttering fixed screwed or nailed in. Its only one side of house. 2 story. May require new brackets.

Water leaking into the roof, need to fix with sukkin installation, and I have some down pipe to replace, will talk about the price after visiting the work.

Gutter leaks when it rains due to hole in gutter. The gutter is on second story and needs a ladder but just needs simple silicone to fix the leak.

Roof gutter is leaking through ceiling and needs urgent repairs

Hi there, It looks like we have a stormwater drain that’s blocked. Need to be cleared/fixed. I have included a photo and seems there is a lot of debris at the bottom of the pit that would need be vacuumed or jetted out. Will also likely need a camera run through to see if there is any other blockages. Also there is two parts of our gutter that is sagging so need 2x bracket re mounted to re secure it with correct falls etc. Have taken photo of storm water during rain down pour and after (it seems to slowly work suggesting potential blockage)

Small home maintenance jobs include gutter clean, seal leaks on shed-like room, paint fascias, oil timber stairs. Probably could do in a day or two.

EDITED TO ADD - IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY 25 or TUESDAY 26 AUGUST - Please comment and offer. We need the gutter areas in the picture (only front of the house) and down pipe prepped, primed and painted. The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.

Install 3 units of 1.2m each driveway ramp using masonry bolts and joiners (available). Get your drill 10mm, hammer and other tools to bolt to the gutter. Quick job, should not take more than an hour.

Clean out clogged gutters and built up soil on the roof and remove garden debris down the side of the house

Clean gutters on roof, must be fully insured. Must provide own equipment (eg ladder etc) and clean up afterwards into green bins on property. Expect it to be 2 hours work. It is a two storey house.

Simple clean with a blower. Just the short front gutter and to blow leaves off back roof and laser light above verandah. Small inner west townhouse.
