Job would involve: Removing some outer boards Re-cladding with straight timber Squaring up edges Filling/sanding joins Prepping ready for paint (or painting if possible) I have timber offcuts available that can be used. Located in Brunswick East. Flexible with timing but hoping to get it done soon as the house is being prepared for sale.

Locksmith required to look at current code lock is jammed and bolt wont come out. Will require a fix to the code lock Suspected cause is the striker is too far from the install insert to move striker closer to gate

Metal gate is collapsing because posts are not long enough or deep enough into the ground. Old posts need to be replaced with longer posts. New posts and gate need to be reinstalled into a new concrete footing

I’m have 7 corrugated Perspex sheets which need to be bolted to the underside of a pergola and the roof of the rear of my house. I have all the sheets and bolts. Some bolts are already screwed in to the roof in the wrong place and would need to be removed and reconnected. The cross beam of the pergola runs parallel to the rear of the house and the corrugated sheets need to be connected at one end to the house and then at the other end to the cross beam of the pergola.
