Recently installed timber and steel framed garden gate needs to be lowered approx by 8cm. This involves two heavy duty hinges being re-positioned as well as one component of the locking system. There is also a timber baseboard attached at the bottom that needs to be removed from two 40cm x 40cm tubular steel posts. These then need to be shortened by approx 20cm.

Seeking someone who can make the front gate of my townhouse secure. The gate is opened by key from the street side, and a simple latch on the inside. The issue is that anyone can put their hand through the bars and easily open the gate without a key. The gate is made from aluminium I believe. Note sure if it makes a difference or not, but the gate can also be opened from inside the house via a Dahua intercom system. I'm seeking someone who's done this sort of work before and can suggest / install a professional solution that will work and also look good. I'm open to physical option like a gate shroud and/or metal plate, as long as it looks good, or a technology solution such as exit button on the inside rather than just the latch.
