We have a metal gate that does not open fully. It can be fixed by either straightening the metal post or cutting down the gate frame and then re-welding it back up

Picket fence gate has ‘slipped’ so it now hangs lower than the latch point. It’s not just the hinges but the structure of the gate that is in need of repair. The return spring to be replaced There are also 2 fence post finials that are loose to be repaired.

We are looking for someone remove and replace the 6 Dynabolts on our existing side gate hinges. We will supply the new Dynabolts as the existing ones are loose and not stable. Gate needs to sit straight. Please see photos. Let us know your availability for this quick fix.

Rotten bottom wood panel on side gate needs replacing (not painting) as well as repair to wood on the eaves of external roofing where insulation has become visible (painting not required).

Roof plumber needed to replace old clear plastic corrugated roof sheets in the sunroom/ verandah. It’s approximately 2.5m x 6m My budget includes labour and materials.
