Gate Repair to steel frame gates-- gate is sagging on one side and rubbing against the other - Existing rotten timber post to be cut out - New timber post fixed into concrete slab with bolt down anchor - Chemset (supplied) - Fix steel frame to timber post (screw or angle?) - Align gate and install new gate hinges (supplied) - Install new gate latches (supplied) I am supplying materials. But will need labour, expertise and equipment to carry out job. Please note metal to timber connections.

The hinges on our gate are broken which is a safety risk. You will be able to supply replacement parts and we will pay the cost as quote is for labour only. In addition the metal flywire has come loose on our front door so looking to have that fixed. Let us know if any details needed. We work from home full time so can do during the day or can do weekends too or after hours. Gate is outdoors and fly screen door could be done outdoors if propped open. Its an emergency repair for both security and to make sure our kids can't get onto the road if the front door is open.

Two 2.2mx1.8m fixed fences with hinged gates for either side of house. Flexible with materials, but timber preferred.
