Hello! We have a very heavy steel gate that has all the components for being attached to a track on the ground and at the top of an installed electric gate motor. It was attached and working perfectly fine, however the bracket that was screwed to a steel post (attached to the house) has come away from the post and therefore allowed the gate to fall down and come away from the top track. I need someone to help me lift the gate back up, it’s very heavy, I am very strong and can assist with this job but can’t do it alone. I also need someone able to re-screw the track into the concrete ground, it has come away over time. We don’t need new ground track but you will need to provide concrete ground screws to reattach it. We also need to re attach the bracket to the steel post on a better way than it was previously. The 4 screws holding it there were not sufficient and are the reason it’s come away. I need someone to help me install (no drilling) and purchasing of baby gates for my hallway. The measurements on the floor from wall to wall are 110 and higher up wall to wall is 116. If you can purchase the gates and install them in hallway. No drilling around as it is a rental. If you cannot purchase, I can but please advise what to purchase so I get the right fit. Hi, I need some home automation help configuring our Ahouse automatic gate controller settings. It opens too quickly and slams. There are settings on the board to change this stuff but I have had a play with it and can't seem to make it work better. I know it can because it used to but the board was reset and now I don't know how to make it smooth and gentle again. I want someone to come over and sort it out

The gate appears to have shifted off its hinges slightly, and is no longer aligned with the lock mechanism. As a result, it is sticking to the post and the lock no longer catches. The gate needs to be re-aligned so that it no longer sticks on the post. The lock mechanism may also need repair as it no longer appears to lock properly - if you are able to assess what needs to be done to fix it, this would be a bonus!

My remote gate (sliding) is getting stuck somewhere and not opening/closing. Motor is only 2yrs old. Likely an alignment issue between track and cog. Hoping easy for someone experienced in these gates to problem solve this (I can assist).
