Find a professional gate installation in Moonee Ponds

I have an older gate motor (ARCO P/L LI-2B Ver 2.7) that works perfectly via the wired manual button, but the remote range is non-existent. I’ve already replaced the antenna with no luck, so I’m looking for someone to bypass the failing internal receiver by installing a new external universal receiver kit. The Job: • Supply and/or Install: Wire an external universal receiver into the accessory terminal block. • Wiring: Connect to the 12/24V power and the OPN/GND trigger terminals on the board. • Testing: Program and test new remotes to ensure a reliable range of 15m+. Note: I’ve already confirmed the board is functional; this appears strictly to be a receiver/range fix. Quote for labour only, parts extra.

I have an issue with my garage electric gate. 1-The metal railing has come off the concrete and needs to be attached. 2-The gate seems to be stuck it may be because of the rail although I have put the rail in its appropriate position and it gets stuck half way. Hi, I will need a welder to weld a small piece of steel gate stopper onto my gate to prevent it from over extending. I do not have the stainless steel piece, will need to be supplied by welder and welded onto my gate. Please see 2nd photo of example of the piece needed as gate stopper.

Having concrete poured on 6 January in my courtyard and require a new metal back gate and fence to replace the old wooden gate and fence. Total length is 2.5 metres and configuration will be fence - gate - fence. The fence height should be 2.2 metres high. Happy with either slat or colorbond in a monument grey colour, with a lock. Ideally, would like this job done before the concrete is poured or on the day of the concrete pour.

Seeking a new metal back gate and fence to replace the existing wooden one pictured. The existing fence and gate (between the house and the taller fence) will be completely removed due to its poor condition. I have already purchased 4x 2400mm fence posts which will be concreted in to create a standard door width and 2200mm height. The full width of the area is approx. 2500mm. There will be a concrete pour on 3 Jan in the courtyard, and so I would like the new fence and gate to be installed shortly after this. See second image for example found online.
