New gate to be removed and put on truck/ taken away to be powder coated. Then returned and reinstalled. Powder coating included in costs here.

(1) Paint an 18m x 2.4 metre long fence. Two coats required. Spray gun essential. Only the top needs hand painting ( so paint doesn’t go onto neighbours path). (2) spray gun paint and hand paint both sides of the gate (3.6 m x1.8 mtr). Needs undercoat and two coats I will supply paint. You need a paint gun and brushes.

Screw has fallen out- top of handle and needs a new one (as the old one has gone missing). Should be a quick fix!

My front gate has a broken hinge as well as front lock broken. The lock doesn't have a key. It is just one of those slats where you raise the metal piece up and it falls into a groove keeping the door in place. That thin metal piece has broken and I need a new one installed.

I need a hand removing and aluminium gate - only the gate, not the jambs which are fixed to brick. The type of screws are shown in the picture below. I can’t get them off with my drill as I don’t have the correct bit. The job will need to be done tomorrow morning between 9am-10.00am as I am moving out of the property - in Elwood.
