Need a hinge and lock replaced on a old metal gate

We need to put a gate lock on our studio door. You will need to come and see the door first to discuss the best option.

Fix Back gate that is currently “sticking” at top (non hinge) side of gate. Suspect this is most likely due to slight movement of fence and gate. I believe the required fix is to (supply) and install an additional hinge near the top of the gate. Gate and fence are approx 2m high. Current hinges are rivet screws.

Our secure metal gate isn’t so secure. An intruder could reach through and turn the knob. Whoops. Would like a well-rated Handyperson/welder to come and resolve the problem, we think by sourcing a small metal plate and welding it beside the lock, but if there’s a better way of doing it that would solve the problem and look better than that solution please speak up! Photos attached show the problem. Looks like steel to me but you’ll know better than I will.

Noticed water stain in the last week. No leaking detected during recent rains. Scope of work is to: - investigate the potential leak; - fix leak; and - fix plasterboard.

The gate is attached to a wooden support post which is bolted into the brick fence. The bots holding the support post into the brick fence have come loose so the bolts either need to be resecured or replaced. Photos show the bolts that have come loose.

Cut and weld to top of the gate. Gate scrapes on upright closer post which is level. Need a small slither of top of gate edge cut off, then Re welded with edge piece. 40cm x 10mm approx long cut off edge of gate to allow gate to function as intended .

Just need to re attach two wooden panels to the top and bottom of gate and would like to add some form of backing to said fence so you can’t see through the slats

Looking for a licensed plumber with good inspections background to have a good look at our plumbing to see what might be causing a lingering bad smell (you know the one). It’s up on the third floor of a converted warehouse, so might be trickier than some. Attaching some photos of the culprit and where I THINK the pipes are housed. Gate hinges need replacing. Three or maybe four gate hinges needed to be fixed to a metal gate. Not necessary to weld but can be drilled into the metal frame. - Due date: Flexible

We want someone to cut off the end of one spoke on our front gate so our cats can fit underneath. It needs to be not sharp so probably sawed off and sanded (smooth) Must supply own tools. Day is flexible
