Key release function on an iView intercom system is not releasing the front gate lock. Doorbell works fine but no image is displayed on the internal screen showing who the visitor is. Maybe the camera is broken or the internal system has an incorrect setting. We have recently moved into this property so unfamiliar with the iView system.

Automatic gate isn’t locking upon closure. You can push it open at all times. Doesn’t seem to be catching the stopper. Please note this is an automatic gate so a code is entered to open it.
