Looking for an experienced flooring professional to help acoustically treat my 2 bedroom apartment. The job has two parts: Consultation: I need your expert advice on the best type of acoustic underlay to use. I've been researching options like Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV), which seems like the best option but I'm open to your recommendations for the most effective solution for my space. Installation: Once we agree on the best materials, the main task is to install the underlay throughout my apartment (approx. 78sqm2). I will most likely supply underlay. The existing floor will already be removed. I'm looking for someone with proven experience in acoustic treatments who can provide advice and deliver a high-quality installation. Another layer of underlay as well as the floor covering will later be installed by another supplier. Look forward to hearing from you.

Need about ~14m of scotia installed on laminate flooring. There’s existing scotia that needs to be pulled up, replace with new scotia, take away the old scotia to dispose. I’ve already got the scotia onsite. One 4.1x6.1 size room roughly.
