We are wanting flooring installed but in a parquetry design. Can you do this?

ISO handyman or flooring expert to help fix a few scratches in the floorboards (thanks kids). Must provide own tools and have experience.

Sand & polish existing timber floorboards which are original. Living room, dining, kitchen & 2 bedrooms. All prep to be included in quote, all materials, labour, rubbish removed & area free from dust so furniture can be moved back in. If possible it you can use a coating that would give extra protection against dog scratches that would be great. I have two & had a coating in my last house which really helped with maintenance. Please not the floor plan is estimate the spare room is 3.4 x 2.8

Living/dining/kitchen area approx. 40 square metres has mild to moderate wearing of the surface coating in some areas. Overall the condition is good. The planks are composite/engineered wood on slab foundation, tongue and groove fit. We would like to have them repaired and coated with a matte finish. I'm open to replacement as a last resort, currently no furniture is in the space. My budget is just an estimate as I'm not sure what will be required to restore the floor. See photos.

Supply and install carpet in 2 rooms. Room 1 - 2720x3765 Room 2- 5180x3920 I will remove the old carpet I just need it done by Monday 17th October.

I need to know if this can be fixed. Dog has scratched the carpet in the doorway.

Remove carpet staples from staircase before sanding - treads and risers

Some carpets need to be pinned down around robe tracks and walls. 4 robes and around a nib wall next to a staircase.

Install the door knob to the bathroom I have the materials Change 2 skirting boards roughly 1 m long Bathroom and living room I have the one for the bathroom but not the other one, maybe it’s fixable?

I would like to replace my horrible tiles with hybrid flooring, it will be entrance, halls, kitchen, dining and living areas.

Some water damage to window frame and skirting. Water problem fixed and painter coming in so just need the corner cut out and replaced with a small area of skirting board No idea the cost of this so please respond with your offer - Due date: Before Monday, 22 May 2023

Hi we need the edge of our carpet pulled tight over the nail strips in 2 places. These edges were pulled up when we were renovating our bathroom and haven’t been put back down. We still have the nail strips. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 4 November 2022

I want to put acoustic underlay under the existing carpet in my bedroom, which measures 5.2 x 2.6m plus small BIR. I want the same carpet put back on top of the underlay and I will supply the underlay. The sliding door to my BIR will need to be removed as the gap between the bottom of the sliding door and carpet will be insufficient to allow sliding of the door when the 8mm underlay is in place. Once the sliding door has been removed, it will need to be shortened and reinstalled. If you are unable to do this, I can find a carpenter or handyman to do it later. It would be great if you could just take the door out in addition to putting the underlay and carpet on so that I won't have to get the other person to make 2 visits.
