I need floorboards repaired in my sunroom. Some floorboards have warped and others have warped so much it's come off.

We have hybrid flooring in our townhouse and a few tongues have slipped out of their grooves. We have 5 spare boards that we want to replace the worst spots with. It would be removing trim, replacing the damaged boards and then replacing the trim. The townhouse is pretty narrow, so none of the boards that need to be replaced would be more than 50cm away from a wall.

2-3 rows of my laminate floor board is out of alignment (has noticeable gaps), has minor bumps ( might be due to water damage before we get into this house) Needs proper attach and realignment (may need some glue or gap filler etc) Minor job - flexible if you’re around to come and have a look

Im in an apartment on the first floor (one floor up) and have nice wooden flooring floating above the shop below. There is a corner of my apartment where the flooring sinks down a little bit. Approx 3mm. Need someone who knows what theyre doing to come and take a look to see if a shim can be inserted under the flooring to raise this section to level.

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.
