Wanting to replace a timber paling fence Replacing with a 2.1m standard timber paling fence 4.7 m long between myself and neighboring apartment courtyard St Kilda area

We have 2.2m of old timber paling fence to be removed and waste taken away. However it is part of a longer fence and we need to keep the rest of the fence. So a new support post will need to be installed first with a concrete footing to hold the rest of the fence in place. Requires carpenter or landscaper with suitable skills. To bring all own tools and materials. Why are we doing this? The timber fence runs past a brick wall and I want to expose the brick behind to install a climbing plant on the brick. So just need to get the fence out of the way. So we are removing the timber fence where it runs along the brick behind. See picture.
