Scope of Work: 1. Demolition: Removal and disposal of the existing beige timber picket fence (frontage) and the white timber pedestrian gate (entry). 2. Masonry Base: Supply and installation of a new bluestone plinth/base. Please specify if you use solid bluestone 3. Ironwork: Supply and installation of black spear-top iron fencing and a matching pedestrian gate. The design should match the attached reference photo (black Victorian/heritage style with decorative spears). 4. Finish: All steelwork to be galvanized and powder-coated black for durability. Site Details: • Location: South Yarra/Inner Melbourne area (Terrace home). • Access: Street frontage is easily accessible. • Reference: Please see the attached photos for the current site conditions and the desired finished "look" (Black iron on Bluestone). I'm building a retaining wall on a boundary and I need a timber paling fence built ok top of it. Wall posts will have tabs so it's just bolt on. No drilling\digging. No concrete. Just an easy fence 18m long, 1.8 centres

Fence Post Repair. 19th of February onwards. The old existing post stays in its existing position. The post Measurements above ground are 2.2 meters high X 125 X 125. The two posts going each side of the old existing Post need to be 2.8m to 3m high to allow 60 to 80 cm into the ground. The Repair is to be done by using one 125mm X 75mm each side of the existing Post, with the 75mm to be on the face. The next day When the concrete has set, the fence needs to be jacked up so the fence is level. The next day, using 150mm long bugle screws every 30cm, screwing the new posts into the old existing Post. A total of 16 x 150mm long Bugel screws will be required. All rails to be screwed into the new posts with 2 x 100mm long bugle screws. NO NAIL GUN. Both the two new side posts will go 60 to 80cm into the ground, using two bags of rapid set concrete for each Post. A Total of 4 bags. I have black tar paint for the new Posts before they go into the ground. The old fence post needs to be trimmed off at the bottom to remove all the rot, then tar painted. I x 60cm long piece of 125 x 75 to go in the front, (supplied on site), underneath the old existing Post to fill in the gap. 2 pailings to be moved each side of the old post, so the new posts can be can be cut out where the rails are. Palings, (onsite), to put back on once the job is completed and the posts have set in the concrete. There is Close parking with (unlimited time), at the rear of the property. The job is near Hawksburn Station South Yarra. I can be on site to assist. I am a retired, tradesman, and willing to help if I can. You will need to supply your own heavy duty Jack, and have all the appropriate tools NO EXTRAS. - Due date: Flexible
