Reinstalling a wooden safety gate for our staircase. The gate is here and there are holes in the wall where the gate has been previously, it simply needs to be drilled in. See picture of gate, where it’s to be installed and an example of the gate on another staircase.

Three fence posts need to be dug out and replaced in concrete. See photos. Part of footpath will need to be cut with appropriate tools. The posts and concrete will be supplied.

Instal a new gate hinge and reinstalling gate. Fence reinforcement - Replace fence post 100 x 100 and secure post to fence.

Driveway to be opened by an additional 1m (min) as per attached plans. Works include: - dismantle existing brick work to provide additional opening of 1m +. - replace bricks in original pattern. - re render with stucco. -make good surrounding footpath. Will likely need a concrete base for stability of bricks. Painting not required. Hedge will be removed prior to works commencing.
