Electrician to replace a faulty PowerPoint

Cooktop, oven, dishwasher - all 3 are connected to a PowerPoint that seems to be faulty (see pic) When we turn on the cooktop or oven, it causes tripping at the Main board. We did our initial diagnosis by plugging the appliances to a different PowerPoint and they all work fine. Hence why our strong suspicion that the actual PowerPoint is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Adrian could have done better in terms of diagnosing the issue rather than using a trial and error approach. He tried replacing the PowerPoint and later the safety switch to fix the issue with our electric cooktop but nothing worked. Finally he said he will do fault diagnosis, which he should have actually done at the very start, and found out that the appliance was faulty. The issue wasn't fixed, however the fault was identified.
