I need someone reliable to attend a 10-minute viewing in West Footscray this Saturday (4:35pm - 4:45pm). The Task: Attend the viewing and sign in (I will provide info for the agent in the private chat once assigned). Take a thorough video walkthrough and specific photos of the unit's condition. (Att: ex real estate agents) We're looking for someone who can help us inspect properties with several narrated videos that are shot on a good-quality smartphone. The videos will need to be taken of all the areas of the property and any problems that are noticed should be pointed out.
