Each job: Show up at the scheduled inspection time (coordinated with the selling agent — I'll confirm it with you the day before) Walk through every room with your phone camera recording: ceilings, walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, garage, exterior, yard Call out anything that looks off as you film — cracks around windows/doorframes, water stains, damp, uneven floors, broken fittings Upload the video to Google Drive the same day Time on site: ~15 minutes. Most properties will be in and around greater Hobart. No building knowledge needed — just a steady hand and an honest eye. Address provided once the task is accepted. Must be reliable and on time — inspection slots are fixed and can't easily be rescheduled. If the first one goes well, this becomes a regular weekly gig.
