Each job: Show up at the scheduled inspection time (coordinated with the selling agent — I'll confirm it with you the day before) Walk through every room with your phone camera recording: ceilings, walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, garage, exterior, yard Call out anything that looks off as you film — cracks around windows/doorframes, water stains, damp, uneven floors, broken fittings Upload the video to Google Drive the same day Time on site: ~15 minutes. Most properties will be in and around Melbourne's inner east. No building knowledge needed — just a steady hand and an honest eye. Address provided once the task is accepted. Must be reliable and on time — inspection slots are fixed and can't easily be rescheduled.

Our tenants will be vacating from our furnished apartment located in Windsor (Melbourne) on the 15th December. We require a an experienced individual to: 1) Meet the outgoing tenants for a handover of keys 2) Undertake a property inspection to assess the cleanliness and any defects 3) Confirm the inventory list and the condition of items 3) Take photos of each room and an overall walkthru video (normal phone camera is fine) 4) List any defects/recommendations to us prior to the new tenants. 5) Confirm the keys (and how many) for access AND on the 16th December meet with the new tenants, handover of keys and complete and inspection report.
