We manage 40+ short-term rental properties across Melbourne (mostly in the CBD) and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to conduct regular property inspections across our portfolio on a 4-6 week cycle. The 30-60 minute inspection covers the full property room by room - assessing cleanliness, checking that appliances and fixtures are working, reviewing consumables stock levels, and photographing any issues found. Findings are logged and flagged for follow-up to ensure every property is maintained to the standard our owners and guests expect. A driver's licence and car is beneficial for travel to/from properties. For the right person, this is could be a pathway to a broader operational role with us.
