Looking for an electrician to inspect and fix the following issues: 1. I have a water tank with a motor that is connected to an outdoor plug point. When the motor was turned on and used, it caused a power surge and shorted the appliances plug points and lights. Now everytime it gets plugged into the wall socket outside, it shorts the plug points and lights (even when the plug point switch is not turned on - I think). Shown in the first pic. 2. Unrelated to the above, In my under stair storage room, the right side of the double plug point now just turns on and off every 10 seconds or so when the switch is on. The left plug point appears to be working fine so not sure what’s causing this. Maybe the wall socket needs to be replaced as a whole or there is another issue. Second picture. 3. Unrelated to the above, I have a wired doorbell that has stopped working. Upon inspection, the doorbell unit indoor seems to have melted a bit, it must have had some sort of small fire. Please could you provide your quotes.

Hi, my VW Transporter has failed its Victorian roadworthy because it has a professionally installed leisure battery/solar setup and they’ve asked for an electrical certificate for the install. We're unable to locate the original cert I need someone licensed in Victoria to inspectelectrical system and provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety / COES or confirm compliance. It may include solar, auxiliary battery and possibly inverter/240V wiring.

HI had Testra come around to fit optic fibre high speed internet to my home..Hit a snag with there being no power plug for technician and also need if possible optic fibre pushed across to my home office data link..Note i have paid TELSTRA to come to fit Optic firbre and said they need power and if possible optic fibre routed to where i want if first..Then they will come back..

I have 5 Clipsal Iconic wiser mechs (2AX) install that I need swapped out for standard Clipsal switches (10A mech) and those 5 (2AX) moved to replace 5 other Clipsal (10A mechs) wall switches. In total 10 Clipsal mechs (all supplied by me) need to be swapped out. Simple task to remove existing Clipsal iconic wall plates and swap out the mechs and reattach wall plates. The reason for the swapping out of the 2AX mechs is that they are attached to two way light circuits and not functioning correctly as two ways so if you have any experience with Clipsal Wiser that would be highly regarded.
