Hello, We are looking for a licensed A-Grade Electrician to attend our retail store, at Watergardens Town Centre, to replace three faulty ceiling downlights. The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working, causing dark spots on our display areas. (Ceiling height approximately 3.5 meters). The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units and their drivers. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers (round white fittings, warm white 3000K). 4. Testing all new lights to confirm they are secure and fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the three new replacement downlights and drivers. The cost of this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured A-Grade Electrician in Victoria. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial lighting, particularly recessed LEDs. I need someone to replace two existing wall light socket/batten holder with a new wall light fitting. The current wiring has multiple cables and the wires are short/stiff, so the new light will need to accommodate the wiring safely and cover the wall opening. It may require installing a mounting base or larger backplate before attaching the light. Tasks include: • Safely disconnect existing batten holder • Connect and terminate existing wiring correctly • Install a new wall light fitting with a suitable base/backplate • Ensure wiring is secure and safely enclosed • Test that the light works Notes: • Wall wiring currently exposed (see photos attached, and quite old) • Happy for you to supply the light fitting or I can purchase one from Bunnings if you recommend a suitable option • Ideally looking for someone experienced with lighting installation or a licensed electrician (Also attaching the inspo, I have already purchased these lights from IKEA, not sure if they will work)

I need someone with a tall ladder and roof safety experience to: Remove pigeon nests and droppings from under my solar panels (2nd story roof). Install gutter guard/chicken wire mesh (supplied by me) around the outer edges of the solar panels. Secure the mesh using UV-resistant or stainless steel cable ties (also supplied). Labour only. Mesh must only be attached to the panel frame with ties (no drilling/screwing into panels or roof tiles). Just need a clean, safe job done to keep pigeons out. Please provide your quote for labour.
