The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. The current wiring has multiple cables and the wires are short/stiff, so the new light will need to accommodate the wiring safely and cover the wall opening. It may require installing a mounting base or larger backplate before attaching the light. I need someone with a tall ladder and roof safety experience to: Remove pigeon nests and droppings from under my solar panels (2nd story roof). Install gutter guard/chicken wire mesh (supplied by me) around the outer edges of the solar panels. Secure the mesh using UV-resistant or stainless steel cable ties (also supplied). Labour only.
