Hi, My rangehood duct needs to be replaced and new chimney cover to be installed. I have bought new duct, steel clamps, flap and duct tape for the duct replacement. I also got new chimney covers as well as its brackets. I need the area around the chimney to be cleaned (because its sticky and oily), then replace the rangehood duct with new ones, then install the new chimney covers. Rangehood is currently ducted to the roof cavity - not looking to change this. House is single storey. You will need a ladder to do this job. See attached photos. House is in Point Cook.
