Need a few paint touch ups done

Attempted to remove old laundry sink and replace with smaller one but failed. Plumbing will need to be altered to remove sink. Would like to move and replace the washer taps down the wall. New taps to go on are last picture.

Requiring a qualified carpenter. Door won’t close properly, it catches on the bottom. Also, handle area does not line up so need a new bit cut out on door frame. Also, need weather strip attached to 2x doors. See photos.
