A power point has come loose from the wall and needs to be replaced. This is the main job. If you have a very tall ladder and want to replace a bathroom downlight, that would be great too. Four kitchen downlights need replacing too. They are very easy to access. Job can be completed between now and noon on the 29th. Also, two light globes in the common stairwell need replacing too.
