Hi, I need help checking and repairing my air conditioner. There are two indoor air conditioning units in the apartment and they are connected to one outdoor condenser unit. I need a PowerPoint/Electrical Outlet installed into my laundry. The laundry already has 1 existing working Outlet. The house mains box is located at the front of the house, within the front veranda, next to the front door. The laundry is at the back of the house as an extension. The house has an accessible side passage from the front near where the mains box is, all the way down to behind and on the sides of the laundry extension. 1. SMEG Dishwasher power button is playing up. The dishwasher works perfectly but the power button needs a lot of pressing to switch on. Needs to be repaired. 2. Three ceiling spotlights are not working and need to be repaired 3. One power point in kitchen is broken and needs replacing (I already have a replacement)

Have a broken bathroom down light but unsure how to remove as it is tightly sealed into the bathroom roof. Probably need a professional electrician to show how it's done.
