I have one existing power point that needs to be moved further down the same wall I require a new power point to be installed in a room, on the same wall of the light switch. I can supply 2 X power points that I never got around to using.

4 downlights are not working. These are old halogen downlights, and the issue is likely a faulty transformer or possibly something wrong with the wiring/cable. The task is to fix the lights by replacing the transformer, or replacing/repairing any other parts if the transformer is not the cause of the issue. For example, this may involve changing to LED compatible transformers or replacing the existing halogen transformers. Please note that I don’t want to change them to plug-in LED downlight kit, as the look and brightness will be different from the existing lights.
