I need 3 electrical jobs done: 1. Ceiling fan installed. Down lights in the room so there are electrics available. Model pictured. 2. Pendant light removed. We will patch the small wholes remaining. 3. Garden lights extended. We have lights that stick into the garden and no longer reach the new pots. We want these extended. Thanks

We removed old light fittings and put in ceiling fans. I've filled the holes but now need someone to sand back and paint the ceiling. Paint provided. There are three rooms that need doing.

Have recently moved into an apartment, and require some electrical work completed, - 3x Exhaust fans to replace. The three fans I have in the bathrooms and laundry do not seem to extract air, but the motors seem to work, but I think the best option is to get them replaced in case they stop working again. Electrician to supply fans. - Outside building lights not working. The outdoor lights seen in the photo do not work, and I can’t even locate the switch for it, I am unsure if it is connected to the other outdoor light switch that works, if you can get them working, and if lightbulbs are required, will add them in to the total cost. - Bedroom light to move over to the other side, can keep the original light fixture. - 5x dual GPOs to install ( 2x in built in wardrobe, 2x in living room & 1x in bedroom)

Garage roller door requires the following to be fixed please: 1) When the door closes, it touches the ground, then re-opens. Please see photo attached of the motor (Merlin Prolift 430R). There does not appear to be buttons on the motor to adjust the door. 2) Loud squeaking sounds as the door travels on the rails. Please eliminate these sounds. Door travels ok but there is "bump" in the rails where it stutters but then continues moving. 3) Squeaking coming from the top of the roller door. Sounds like springs or something similar. Please also eliminate this sound. Located in Mascot 2020 Thank you so much.

Hi there, I need either an electrician or cabler to drill and run through two cat6e cables into roof of x2 storey home for a cctv system to go in at later date. The cables need to run to the back of the house, where there is a man hole access to attic. Recently built home, so atic is very accessible, with drop ladder to attic on man hole, and lighting in attic. Cable will be provided for and conduit to run down side of home. Our local electrician installed our pendant light. However one of the light could not be installed as the box did not have the bracket. The electrician set up the connection and said it will be a simple installation for anyone. The electrician is now back in Ireland and I require someone to assist with this. - Due date: Before Monday, 31 July 2023
