Hello I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 (PF3PXWW8) that I use for my research on ending discrimination in children's sport. It is 3 years old and needs an upgrade and clean. I need to upgrade the RAM, it is currently 16 and I want to hopefully double the size. I also want to upgrade the hard drive (475gb). I can obviously purchase the memory, but need someone who is skills with computers to do the install and also help me clean up any unnecessary processes on the computer. The challenge: I use the computer all the time and can't drop it off at a shop for 24 hours... and have heard bad things about the people who come to your house (really hit or miss, depending on who they send). Upgrade PC so as to be able to use Windows 11 and windows 11 installed and upgrade the graphics card, Ram and storage Capacity. I do not want a new PC or to have any of my software removed needing to be reinstalled or any of my data moved or settings altered.

A few months ago we had a FTTP NBN upgrade including a new modem/router at our home in Mount Hawthorn. Since then we have had networking issues, I’m no IT engineer, but I think the problems may stem from the old (now obsolete) network still existing and some items still being connected to it but no longer working. I think the main issue is with the camera system but I think the whole wifi network has been impacted too? Both wifi networks still seem to be operating?
