Currently it’s on Ver 8.1 (64 bits) and frequently creating conflicts with latest versions of some device drivers as part of Windows or Norton Updates, that do not support older Windows version, leading to a frozen white screen of death!

The display also shows Chinese characters in part while the rest remains in English characters. have tried various approaches to this problem. I even thought it may be the particular monitor not displaying correctly but swapping made no difference. I have just about given up - Win 10 works fine on the PC that I assembled myself a few years back. I decided to seek help. If this can be fix remotely I be quite OK with that. I have NBN with provider TPG. I’ve upgraded the service for a higher speed which meant I needed to upgrade the router to a netgear nighthawk ax3000. I need assistance getting things up and running. Getting to the final stage where vlan settings are required to be enabled is causing an issue where the wifi connection drops out. My computer (Gigabyte B450M H) says it will not be able to download Windows 11 and needs to be UEFI secure boot capable and and Trusted Platform Version 2 enabled. Currently doesn’t meet requirements but I don’t want to trade it in.
