Mac expert: We have an external hard drive that was used as a backup for a MacBook Pro. We are having difficulty opening files from the backup done on 2023 (Photos) on the hard drive. Could be the MacBook Pro needs updated to access them on the hard drive or maybe the hard drive needs some type of update?
