Find a local Tasker to back up your computer near you

I have a business that has a large sharepoint file. I need to backup this file to a local drive or apple iCloud. I don't know how to do this and cannot be bothered to find out. I also do not have enough local GB to sync all, so need someone to figure it out. It's not an ongoing backup, just a current copy of the existing sharepoint

Mistakenly deleted Whastapp without a backup (stupid I know) and wondering if anyone can assist me in recovering the information onto either my laptop or iPhone again!

I have an old hard drive, I think it may even be slightly toast. I took it to a computer shop though, and the guy there said the information on it was salvageable. I've bought a new iMac for my husband. I didn't realise he was using so much data, (1.3Tb) I did a clean up and it was only back ups on the iMac. The problem is I cannot delete the backups. I empty the recycle bin and they stay there. I have restored the old computer from the time capsule but it's still there, I used Terminal to do a force delete which did nothing everything is backed up to external hard drives and time capsule. the essential part of restoring the new computer from the back up is that my husband is a musician and writes and produces music and uses a program that cannot be reinstalled on the new computer due to various reasons. When cleaning the computer I got it down to 320Gb but the main back ups using most of data still wont delete. If anyone cal help fix this please let me know, ive included pictures below of old computer new computer and issues .

My email host is closing their server at midnight tonight (June 30). I have transferred my email (which is attached to my domain) to Gmail, however I have not migrated my old emails yet. I have been attempting to do a local backup on my macbook first, however the backup is not working properly. I have approx 41k emails, am running out of time to backup and can't afford to lose them.
