I need someone to measure, cut or get Bunnings to cut the correct shape and fit plaster board or wood to cover some odd shaped windows

My dog was very dehydrated and and pee'd on our floorboards and it instantly has left a stain that needs to be removed or at the very least significantly lightened/ improved upon. I am looking for a spot treatment just on the area in question.

Looking for a suitably qualified carpenter/builder to build a small (approx 1.5 deep, 1.8 wide, 1.8 high) custom shed. This would include sourcing material.
