Kitchen cabinet removal (must take cabinet with you)

I am seeking assistance to re-hang our joinery door. It fell off its hinges so I am unsure if there is any permanent damage to the hinges themselves. There is a Bunnings 5mins down the road if new hinges are required. The door is extremely heavy and will likely need two people to rehang.

I'd like to add a second shelf to the cupboard above my stove. Shelf needs a cut out for the exhaust fan we'd like the option to adjust the height. This will mostly be used for spices.
