Hi Im looking for a carpenter to trip 3-5mm from the bottom of one side of a door which is currently scrapping against my floorboards

I’ve clumsily put a nice dent in what I believe to be a hollow wooden door in a new rental property whilst moving furniture in. I’m looking for someone to repair this - thankfully there is a can of what I believe to be the right paint colour in the garage. It seems the landlord has previously patched up some scratch marks on this same door - so I guess there’s a little room for slightly less than perfect work, however I’d really really like this to look as close as possible to how it did before I rammed a table leg into it! We have a very cute wooden shed in our backyard but it’s just gathering dust. We’d love it to turn it into a home sauna. We have done lots of research, however don’t have the building skills to DIY this ourselves. we need to : - Seal the eaves/roof of the current shed - remove some of the shelves, etc that are in there already.( hopefully some of these materials can be used to build the seats.) - maybe replace 2 existing windows, unless we can get the glass replaced with tempered glass. - line the interior with special insulation and heat reflective foil - line with wooden planks - Remake the seats We will do all the sanding and painting, etc and organise the electrician separately. Would hopefully love to find someone who has ever made a sauna before if that’s at all possible! Otherwise we anticipate it would be about three-four full days work all things going well

Varnish wooden deck floor & outdoor wooden stairs

I want to make shelves for my small business to display products at markets. I have worked up a plan for the cuts on a 1220mm x 2440mm x 9mm piece of ply. See attached for reference of the sizes needed and a concept for how the pieces will be assembled into the shelves. A few things to note: - The cuts would be standard straight cuts and no edging or fancy finishing would be needed. (However, if there's anything you can do to reduce the amount of time I need to spend sanding/finishing the edges - I'd be open to this.) - The proposed task budget doesn't include ply, but I'll consider a larger budget if the ply is included. The ply would need to be premium grade on at least one side and 9mm thickness. I am budgeting $82 for the ply (see link below for Bunnings product) and will not be able to accept quotes including ply this is costed at more than this amount. - If I am getting the ply, I will purchase it from Bunnings and drop it off to you (ideally within 20mins of Coburg). I will have Bunnings do the first few larger cuts (see cuts 1-7 on the measurements sheet), so I can fit the ply into my car. This also means those first few, larger cuts will already be done when you get it. - The ply I'm planning to use incorporates hardwood - pls let me know if your machinery can handle this, or if I would need to source something softer like pine. - The attached plan allows for 5mm blade size/cut size, and none of the pieces that need to be trimmed are smaller than 20mm. Pls feel free to let me know if you think I might need to modify the plan for the cuts in your quote if you think these are aspects of the work that are not feasible. Many thanks in advance!
