Hi there, I've just moved into a 70's apartment block in Brunswick east and I am looking to get new curtains. Before doing this I need to remove the existing MDF box pelmets. The pelmets are fixed into a brick wall, some close up photos of fixings below. Make good of the brickwork above the pelmet and window reveal may also be required and will be assessed separately once pelmets are removed. Any comments or questions welcome.

Need a small area 1350 x 900 sheeted with cement sheet 2.65m in height. also need floor area droppped approx 40mm and sheeted with ctu or secura or similar product. This area will then be screeded and tiled over. Also need a door frame created at entrance to room and the door installed.

We need some kitchen cabinetry modified/removed to accommodate a larger fridge. In the photos shown, the top cupboard and right side panel of the fridge cavity would need to be removed. Also open to the right side panel and a smaller cupboard above being re-installed if feasible.

It requires localised timber floor board scratch repair without sanding back the entire floor. The repair will require colour matching to ensure the finish is as close to original as it can be. Kitchen - Damage near stove - ring mark due to a hot pot left on floor. Room 1 - 2 scratch marks that need to be repaired Room 2 - 3 Large deep scratch on floor with several other deep scratches around floor. Attempted to be repaired with wrong colour wood putty.

Carpenter required in Brunswick East. Move an entrance door back by 2 meters onto a porch - extend floors. Putting up 2 walls ~2m length to close up the porch. Move 2 internal doors from one wall to the other.

Need to install an ikea cabinet on the wall it is 2.4m long , 40cm high, 42cm depth

I put this cabinet together but I can’t get the doors aligned right. They screw on with wood screws. Can somebody handier please come by next week and put them on evenly?

Plaster above joinery ~3300mm x 300mm in place of mdf board (mdf board can be removed prior to job).

From demo to framing and lockup

We need to get our bathroom cabinet door replaced and installed. Dimensions - L 57cm W 40cm Depth approx 2cm. Happy to get both sides replaced. Colour - Kaboodle buttermilk

I need 10cm removed from the height of 3 stools done with care and attention to detail :-) The floor protectors will need to be refitted as part of the job. We do not have the tools and are happy to drop off and collect to Inner North location so the work can be done.
