We need a couple of doors repaired that have bad timber rot in the base of the frame. The rest of the door is fine so we'd like to avoid replacing them completely. We also have a minor repair to be done to a window frame.

One (1) main side support (stringer) for external timber stairs has come loose, where it attaches to a riser (structural vertical post) . Stringers are the long, angled board. that runs along each side of the staircase to hold the treads (steps) and risers (vertical parts). Access is level and the stringer & rise are at bottom of the stairs, so easy to reach from ground level and also the bottom timber landing.

34sqm rectangular deck needs a sand and stain. Inspections for quote welcome.

I need the railings and fittings of my glass balustrades polished to remove the tarnish. They are stainless steel. I have the solution to do this and it comes of easy as I did another area this weekend. There is 40m left to do. Just the top railing and the four attachments to each glass panel front and back. The AquaViro solution and scourers and drill operated buffer will be provided. It would take probably 6 hours to complete. It took me 3 hours for 20m over the weekend.

Need outdoor deck (two levels) to be sanded back and restained. Will supply stain. Need to bring sander. 53sqm total area with two small stairs.
