Mount a 3 x2.5 m motorised awning to the wall of a granny flat above the slide door. The awning has been mostly assembled but needs some assembly. Mounting will be onto a metal framed clad wall. Willing to pay for additional material if reinforcement is advised. Willing to pay extra if power for the motor can be connected directly to the mains instead of plugged in.

Need a handyman for two jobs: 1. Reattach top hinge on a timber-frame security screen door (without removing the whole door). 2. Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary. Installation of a window awning.

I need an awning to be assembled and installed into a brick wall above my solar battery system. The battery system is installed down the side of my house as pictured and I have purchased a basic awning that is 1.5m wide and 1m deep. It needs to be installed as pictured (MARKED IN RED). Approx 2m high from the base metal platform pictured. Will require a basic tools (hammer drill, plugs and strong bolts to secure and a ladder). Awning is new in the box and needs to be unpacked and assembled and will look like as pictured.
