Hello! I'm in need of a skilled technician to fix my Bosch Series 4 washing machine. Recently, I overloaded it, and now the barrel won’t rotate during the wash cycle, although it can be moved freely by hand when the machine is off. I suspect the belt might be broken or dislodged.
