New gas oven coming.. need to switch the connection from the old one

just moved in to new apartment and washing machine playing up - need some assistance pls!

The dishwasher will be new and being delivered to the property. Old dishwasher will already be removed.

Samsung fridge is barely cooling anything all of a sudden and iv only had it for a year and cang afford a new one!

I have a light fitting where one of the switches has become stuck, I would like it to be usable again. I also have an oven that beeps when turned on but otherwise works fine. Believe it is a control panel issue, and would like it checked out and rectified.

Drying machine stopped working. Part of the idler pulley was partly broken and belt split. The drying machine is already open, we need someone to bring and install a new idler and belt and test if this works

LG Direct drive 7kg inverter. The door reads error code DE (door require slamming) after code for machine to start. Some occasions may not.

We need to move our ‘CHEF Console infra-ray’ oven away from the wall, and to have some gaps sealed. We have a mouse problem and they seem to be entering the apartment from behind the oven. We are unable to move the oven though because of a fixed valve connection, so we need the oven disconnected and moved so we can clean behind. We also need the tradesperson to seal the gap, and then reconnect the oven. Thankyou.
