Need help to do a test and tag for a blower

The Issue: The drum rotates completely "weightless" by hand (suggests a snapped or slipped drive belt). The motor whirrs and tries to engage during the spin cycle, but the drum does not move. There is a rattling sound during draining (likely the loose belt vibrating at the bottom). Requirements: The machine is a heavy combo unit and is in a tight space. You will need the tools/strength to slide it out and access the rear panel.
