Need a new washing machine connected - just a small one

We have electric windows in our house (high ceilings) but they are no longer opening fully. Think it is an issue with the actuator jamming.

I bought a dishwasher, and the installer told me the current tap that connects to it is not the right one. He said it’s a simple job but he doesn't have a spare of it then left. Therefore I need a plumber to replace the tap and connect it to the dishwasher. Also, I would like to ask for an outlined quote for some potential work such as toilet replacement/partial bathroom reno. The budget I added is for our coffee to discuss..? Offer me your price. We have an Aski D3211 dishwasher and it’s stopped draining properly. I can send a video of the issue. Would like it repaired as soon as possible. It sounds like the drain pump is either blocked or starved of water. I’ve tried flushing the drain pipe.

I need help getting my washing machine working in my new apartment. I have connected it all and had it working but there is a leak near the water tap and I can’t fix it for the life of me.

The fridge is a Fisher and Paykel. It’s making a softish rattling noise towards the back . It’s nothing rattling in the fridge . It could be compressor or fan related . It’s fridge top door and freezer bottom door fridge .
