The filter on my Bosch Series 4 Washing Machine, model number WAK24162AU can't be removed for cleaning due to something stuck in the filter chamber to prevent it from being unscrewed and removed. At present I am getting an error code F18, where the water will not drain from the drum, probably caused by a blockage in the filter or inlet pipe of the filter.

There is power to the motor, but the gate is stuck in an open position. Troubleshoot and fix any issues with gate operation.
