I recently cut down a conifer hedge. I'm left with 5 tree stumps that I need removed. The stumps are between 15cm and 20cm in diameter. I've left a part of the trunks attached in case that makes it easier to for leverage (but I can cut them down if that's easier). My preference would be that you dig around the trees, cut the roots and then pull out the stumps, but I'm also ok if you have a stump grinder and can grind them down to 6" below the surface of the nearby concrete. Note, the fence behind is going to be removed so it's ok if it's damaged, but the concrete in front is staying (so I don't want to crack that). Hi all, my extendable arms came apart after one too many extensions it seems. The loop which was used to keep the head mount and ear cup arms together broke on both sides. Looking for anyone able to source replacement hardbody parts and refit.

Need help to fix two leaking taps, one in kitchen and one in bathroom. We just changed the little rubber ring inside but it still drips water. For the kitchen tap, the water is also leaking from behind the tiles.

House has squeaky floor due to minor gaps between stumps and joists. I have got the plastic wedges that needs to be fixed. Work is required to be done only under a section of the house. We will need to discuss the details. I am flexible with timing. I am not sure how much this should cost, so make me an offer.
